The 2010-11 Membership Committee included Anna Medlen, Loretta Reid, Eileen Williams and Chair, Mileva Hartman. The Committee is charged with the review and determination of action for inquiries concerning membership and assisting with the general meetings as requested by the President. The Committee also provides support for the annual Awards banquet.
The Chairman is responsible maintenance of the Access database and the distribution of the monthly newsletter. The Chairman also maintains the email address list on the CivFed List Serve, which is used expressly for the purpose of emailing the monthly newsletter. As of June 1, 2011, the List Serve contains 660 email addresses. Only 45 newsletters are now mailed to delegates without email access (upon their request).
As of this date, the Federation consists of eighty-one (81) organizations. Two charts are attached which detail Membership Representation at the general meetings. It should be noted that an undercount of representation may exist because the numbers are based on the meeting sign-in sheets. As sign-in is voluntary, some delegates may not register their attendance. Dues collection for the 2010-11 year was complete by November 2010.
Delegates are requested to sign in when attending monthly meetings. Delegate attendance by organization represented at the monthly meetings can be found in the 2010-2011 Attendance Summary chart. The total number of member organizations represented at each meeting is also available.
