Please join us September 17 at 6:30 pm for a presentation on Displacement sponsored by the Arlington County Civic Federation Housing Committee. The Committee welcomes two experts (and committee members) Wells Harrell and Michael O’Grady, to discuss residential displacement. Michael brings a PhD in economics and public policy teaching expertise (as well as data crunching Arlington demographics) and Wells brings public policy experience as a federal attorney, the Chair of NAACP Arlington Branch’s Housing Committee, and the Vice Chair of the County’s Joint Facilities Advisory Commission. Both of these experts are frequent public speakers and authors on Arlington Housing. In this joint presentation, they will offer new insights and [perspectives on this important topic and how it is impacting Arlington.
